How is it prepared?
Ready-to-use carpaccio made from prized Mazara del Vallo Red Prawns, caught in the central Mediterranean and blast-frozen on board to preserve freshness. Firm and sweet flesh, enriched by sea minerals. Thaw directly on the plate: ten minutes at room temperature are enough for it to soften, then season to taste and serve.
